Refund Policy

At The Clay Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workshop experience. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.
1. Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled workshop time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule to another available session at no additional cost.
No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
2. Cancellation by The Studio
In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel a workshop, including but not limited to:
- Minimum number of participants not reached
- Instructor unavailability
- Unforeseen circumstances
If we cancel your workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available session, based on your preference.
We will notify you at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop if cancellation is necessary.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the workshop
- No-shows without prior notice
- Private workshop deposits (unless cancelled by the studio)
